1950 Belden

1950年アメリカ製Belden社のビンテージケーブルです。Φ0.6mm錫メッキ銅単線の布巻き仕様となっています。
本リード線は本ワイヤーを単線とし、ハンダはビンテージのKester282、端子は金メッキ品を使用し製作しています。

こだわり
• 端子付近の強化
取り付け時の負荷を考慮し、端子付近の熱収縮チューブは二重構造としています。

• 取り付けの利便性向上
全ての端子は取り付けしやすいよう、端子の先端部分を少し広げて調整しています。
※端子がきつい場合は、目打ちなどの工具を使用して先端部分を少し広げてから取り付けてください。

取り付けの際の推奨事項
• カートリッジやシェルの端子にかかる負荷を軽減するため、事前にワイヤー部分をある程度湾曲させてから取り付けることをおすすめします。※写真2枚目を参照ください。
• ４色（白、赤、緑、青）の端子をカートリッジ側へ、黒色の端子をシェル側に接続してください。
• 端子の口径はカートリッジ側がΦ1.2mm、シェル側がΦ1.0mmとなっています。取り付けるカートリッジやシェルによって異なることがあるので事前にご確認ください。
• 取り付けの際は端子とワイヤーの間の熱収縮チューブの中央付近をラジオペンチなどを使用し掴んでください。※ピンセットの使用は推奨していません。


This is a vintage cable manufactured by Belden in the USA in 1950. It features a cloth-wrapped, single-core tin-plated copper wire with a diameter of Φ0.6mm.
The wire is crafted using this vintage wire as the core, soldered with vintage Kester282, and terminals are crafted using gold-plated components.

Key Features
• Reinforcement near the terminals
To withstand the stress during installation, the heat-shrink tubing near the terminals is designed with a dual-layer structure.
• Improved installation convenience
All terminal tips are slightly widened to make installation easier.
Note: If the terminals are too tight, use a tool such as an awl to gently widen the tips before attaching.

Recommendations for Installation
• To reduce stress on the cartridge or shell terminals, it is recommended to pre-curve the wire to some extent before installation. Please refer to the second photo for reference.
• Connect the terminals as follows:
- White, red, green, and blue terminals to the cartridge side.
- Black terminal to the shell side.
• Terminal diameters:
- Cartridge side: Φ1.2mm
- Shell side: Φ1.0mm
Please check the specifications of your cartridge and shell beforehand, as they may vary.
• During installation, hold the middle part of the heat-shrink tubing between the terminal and the wire using radio pliers. The use of tweezers is not recommended.
