8N PCOCC

PCOCCとはPure Copper Ohno Continuous Castingの略で単結晶状高純度無酸素銅を意味する銅導体です。特殊な製法によって結晶構造が単一化されており不純物が入り込む余地がなく音質の向上を実現しています。
本リード線はΦ0.2mm〜Φ0.5mmの異なる8N PCOCCを7本撚り合わせ、ハンダは音響用のKester44、端子は金メッキ品を使用し製作しています。

こだわり

全てのケーブルに熱収縮チューブを使用し、耐久性を高めています。

• 端子付近の強化
取り付け時の負荷を考慮し、端子付近の熱収縮チューブは二重構造としています。

• 取り付けの利便性向上
全ての端子は取り付けしやすいよう、端子の先端部分を少し広げて調整しています。
※端子がきつい場合は、目打ちなどの工具を使用して先端部分を少し広げてから取り付けてください。

取り付けの際の推奨事項
• カートリッジやシェルの端子にかかる負荷を軽減するため、事前にワイヤー部分をある程度湾曲させてから取り付けることをおすすめします。※写真2枚目を参照ください。
• ４色（白、赤、緑、青）の端子をカートリッジ側へ、黄色の端子をシェル側に接続してください。
• 端子の口径はカートリッジ側がΦ1.2mm、シェル側がΦ1.0mmとなっています。取り付けるカートリッジやシェルによって異なることがあるので事前にご確認ください。
• 取り付けの際は端子とワイヤーの間の熱収縮チューブの中央付近をラジオペンチなどを使用し掴んでください。※ピンセットの使用は推奨していません。


PCOCC stands for Pure Copper Ohno Continuous Casting, a copper conductor that is a monocrystalline high-purity oxygen-free copper. PCOCC is a copper conductor with a single crystalline structure created by a special manufacturing process that leaves no room for impurities to enter, resulting in improved sound quality.
This wire is made by twisting together seven strands of 8N PCOCC wires with diameters ranging from Φ0.2mm to Φ0.5mm. It is soldered with Kester44 and terminals are crafted using gold-plated components.

• Enhanced Cable Durability
All wires are reinforced with heat-shrink tubing to improve durability.
• Reinforcement near the terminals
To withstand the stress during installation, the heat-shrink tubing near the terminals is designed with a dual-layer structure.
• Improved installation convenience
All terminal tips are slightly widened to make installation easier.
Note: If the terminals are too tight, use a tool such as an awl to gently widen the tips before attaching.

Recommendations for Installation
• To reduce stress on the cartridge or shell terminals, it is recommended to pre-curve the wire to some extent before installation. Please refer to the second photo for reference.
• Connect the terminals as follows:
- White, red, green, and blue terminals to the cartridge side.
- Black terminal to the shell side.
• Terminal diameters:
- Cartridge side: Φ1.2mm
- Shell side: Φ1.0mm
Please check the specifications of your cartridge and shell beforehand, as they may vary.
• During installation, hold the middle part of the heat-shrink tubing between the terminal and the wire using radio pliers. The use of tweezers is not recommended.
